Job Overview

RIKAN Roofing and Construction is seeking highly-motivated individuals to join their sales team. Project Managers/Sales Representatives will be responsible for selling and managing roofing and construction projects through pre-qualified leads as well as generating their own leads through knocking and prospecting. Project Managers/Sales representatives work independently with full training and support from RIKAN’s experienced sales staff.

The position is commission-based and offers incentives and a flexible schedule.

Qualification Requirements

• Great communicator
• Willingness to learn and better yourself
• Ability to perform roof and property inspections that may require climbing a ladder
• Assist homeowners filing insurance claims for storm damage
• Excellent negotiating and closing skills
• Willingness to knock on doors and make cold calls
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Ability to use basic computer software
• Valid Driver’s License & Social Security Card
• References required
