Long-time friends Alex Kanak and Joseph Rivera partnered to form RIKAN Roofing and Construction because they share the same business philosophy — to provide superior customer service, products and workmanship in order to provide a stress-free, exceptional experience for their clients.
Meet The Owners
Alex Kanak
Alex Kanak earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and spent the first half of his career working in the oil and gas industry and travelling overseas. Wanting to spend more time with his family, Alex joined the roofing and construction industry where he prides himself in helping his customers protect their most valuable asset with a fair and honest assessment.
“We spend time assessing each customer’s needs to ensure our client’s expectations are met.”
When he is not working, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, grilling and watching his kids play sports.
He currently lives in Fulshear, Texas with his wife and two children.
Joseph Rivera
Joseph Rivera has worked in the roofing and remodeling industry for more than ten years throughout the state of Texas. His previous experience as a mortgage broker helped prepare him to deliver the exceptional customer service he provides today.
Joseph values the relationships he has built with industry suppliers and manufacturers.
“It is important for us to build relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers so we can stay up-to-date on the newest products and installation practices in the industry. This way our customer receives the best value, quality and protection for their home or business.”
During his free time, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, grilling outdoors and fishing.
He currently lives in Richmond, Texas with his wife and three children.
